Assassin's Creed Unveils Surprising Attack on Titan Event for Thanksgiving

In a bizarre collaboration that defies conventional expectations, Ubisoft has revealed an in-game crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary extra story content for Shadows players.

Peculiar Questline Uncovered

According to the official announcement, "A strange meeting draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a new adventure, where whispers of forbidden practices and fearsome transformations echo through the obscurity." The plot features a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her companion from a clandestine cult.

The mission centers on "peculiar experiments and a monstrous adversary" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Locations and Transformations

The teaser highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was formerly where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer concludes with a dramatic moment showing a character, presumably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.

Exclusive Items and Extra Features

Players who successfully complete the quest will receive an unique katana in addition to multiple artifacts concealed throughout the area in secret chests. The update also contains in-store Attack on Titan item packs, offering:

Newest Free Story Update
