The long-serving executive directed Spurs' move to the club's new home in 2019.

Innovative business leader Earick has dismissed submitting an official acquisition offer for Tottenham.

Tottenham had earlier “clearly turned down” an preliminary inquiry from a consortium spearheaded by Brooklyn Earick last month and stated the club was off the market.

However British acquisition regulations required that, after an initial approach rejected, the interested parties needed to make an offer by 24 October or declare they would not proceed.

Confirmation of the determination was issued in a statement made by Tottenham to the stock exchange, stating the club is “not in an offer period.”

He posted an image of the release on digital channels, remarking: “I've had a pleasure engaging with Tottenham Hotspur and the owners' representatives over the past few weeks.

“I maintain high regard for the organization, its leadership, and its followers, and hope for continued achievements.”

The club's board expressed gratitude to the group for its “positive engagement” in talks and for “respecting the firm stance” of the owners that the club is not for sale.

Brooklyn Earick is a former DJ who also worked in spacecraft research for NASA before founding the innovation company, which focuses on technology, media, sport and leisure.

His approach was the third approach rejected by the organization's leadership since the unexpected exit of long-serving chairman Daniel Levy in September.

Earlier in September, the club declined approaches from ex-Newcastle investor Staveley's the investment firm and a syndicate spearheaded by Roger Kennedy and the co-investor through the holding company.

Levy and his family control about 30% of Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd – which has an majority shareholding in Spurs.

He was the English top flight's most enduring chair and is believed to have earned over £50 million during his long tenure in the capacity.

But he was also the focus of regular protests by the club's followers, particularly last campaign as home competition outcomes turned out below expectations.

Tottenham won their initial silverware in 17 years when they defeated the Red Devils in the May Europa League final.
